Four ladies in their 50s and 60s took a girls spring break trip to Casa velas in Puerto Vallarta. It surpassed our wildest dreams. From the moment we arrived they took such great care of us. We checked in with a shoulder massage and basil lemonade. Ania, was so helpful, booking our suppers and helping with any little thing. The last day of our trip I couldn't find my customs receipt and Ania called the airport and checked what I needed to do.The grounds were safe and spotless. The shuttle to the beach club was there whenever we needed them. The beach club was AMAZING! Daniel was so on top of drinks and meals. There were never a shortness of beach chairs. It didn't seem very busy but it is small. The pools and public bathrooms were beautiful and spotless. Love the peacocks. The rooms, towels and beds were good. We were not in the rooms very often. Showers and amenities were great. The price seemed very comparable with other resorts. We were worried about not being on the beach but it was not a problem. Jorge was helpful and on top of his game.i can't wait to go back

The properties are beautiful, the feeling is Zen, the food excellent and Best of All are the staff. They are respectful of every need. The management is superb and visible.
